Kawan Engineering Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kawan Renergy Bhd, is a certified engineering, fabrication, and EPCC company in Malaysia, specialising in pressure vessels, boilers, heat exchangers, gasifiers, and industrial process equipment. Accredited with ASME U1, U2, S, H and R, DOSH PV & UPV, DOSH Gas Piping, and SEDA LMA, the company delivers comprehensive services covering fabrication, piping and skid systems, tank farms, electrical and automation works, and full design-and-build project execution. Kawan Engineering also provides plant and equipment solutions for emulsifier and ester systems, animal feed processing, zero discharge systems, and energy-saving solutions.

Additionally, the group holds a 51% stake in I Precision Sdn Bhd, an authorised precision machining and blasting & painting service provider for the oil and gas industry, and a registered PETRONAS vendor.

Kawan Environmental Sdn Bhd, representing MEC ClearWaste, provides comprehensive environmental protection solutions, including acoustic enclosures and silencers for effective noise control, advanced plasma hydrolysis systems for hazardous waste treatment, bio-methane systems that convert organic waste into renewable energy, and reliable waste oil recovery and removal services, all designed to support sustainable, compliant, and environmentally responsible operations.

Magenko Bio Energy Sdn Bhd focuses on sustainable biofuel production, specialising in black pellet and biochar solutions that convert biomass into high-quality renewable energy products, supporting carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and environmentally responsible industrial applications.

Magenko Renewables Asia Sdn Bhd, through its subsidiary Magenko Renewables Ipoh Sdn Bhd, is engaged in renewable energy development and energy trading, encompassing bamboo plantation initiatives, independent power producer (IPP) and energy trading activities, landfill and biogas power purchase agreements (PPA) in Bercham, biomass PPA projects under bidding, as well as the trading of steam and hot water to support sustainable and efficient energy solutions.

Kawan Green Energy Sdn Bhd represents leading global brands including Solar Turbines, MTU (a Rolls-Royce solution), Beltran Korea Co. LTD, and Hegemonic, delivering advanced EPCC solutions for clean and renewable energy power plants in Malaysia. The company specialises in backup energy solutions for data centres using diesel engines and BESS, biomass and biogas renewable energy projects, gas turbine and engine cogeneration for clean energy, as well as ORC, incineration, and gasification power plants for waste-to-energy applications, supporting sustainable, efficient, and environmentally responsible energy generation.
